Job Requirements

  • Associate degree

  • 4 or more years of experience in a regulated industry

  • Medical device industry experience

  • Experience supporting electrical medical equipment or capital equipment

  • 2 or more years of labeling or technical writing experience

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Project management experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Microsoft Project

  • Experience developing and maintaining product labeling and technical literature

  • Knowledge of regulated document review, approval, and release processes

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience developing Instructions for Use or Directions for Use

  • Experience with medical device labels, cartons, pouches, and product artwork

  • Experience with desktop publishing and artwork management

  • Familiarity with document control and quality management systems

  • Experience supporting labeling throughout the product lifecycle

  • Knowledge of medical device labeling regulations and quality requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, revision, and implementation of medical device labeling

  • Manage labeling deliverables, including IFUs, DFUs, labels, cartons, pouches, and artwork

  • Develop labeling plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements

  • Coordinate content creation, technical review, revision, approval, and release activities

  • Serve as the primary subject matter resource for product labeling

  • Ensure labeling complies with applicable regulatory, quality, and internal requirements

  • Coordinate artwork generation and desktop publishing activities

  • Manage document control, approval workflows, and final release

  • Track project risks, dependencies, milestones, and schedule impacts

  • Maintain labeling status reports and project documentation

  • Coordinate labeling activities with regulatory, quality, engineering, marketing, and operations teams

  • Review labeling for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved product information

  • Implement improvements to labeling processes, templates, and documentation controls

Pay: 43-45/hr

Pay Details: $43.00 to $45.00 per hour
