Site Development PM
Site Development Project Manager position focused on managing site development, construction close-out, field coordination, and engineering coordination across multiple projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience preferred
- 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, and/or land development
- Driver’s license required
- Experience managing site development activities
- Experience supporting construction close-out phases
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
Preferred Skills
- Professional Engineering Licensure
- Experience with AutoDesk
- Experience with BIM360
- Experience coordinating between construction field teams and engineering teams
- Experience managing multiple construction or land development projects
Job Responsibilities
- Manage site development phases for multiple projects
- Manage construction close-out phases for multiple projects
- Coordinate with construction teams in the field
- Coordinate with engineering teams during project execution
- Support timely construction and completion of assigned projects
- Track project progress through site development and close-out activities
- Review project documentation, drawings, and construction updates
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam to support project coordination and documentation
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
