Internal Communications Specialist responsible for supporting organizational communications, change initiatives, culture programs, leadership messaging, and employee engagement content.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of internal or corporate communications experience
• Experience in life sciences, technology, or professional services environment preferred
• Experience supporting organizational change initiatives
• Experience supporting culture initiatives
• Editorial and production experience across multiple content formats, including:
  • Long-form articles
  • Leadership scripts
  • Visual assets
  • Short-form digital content
• Experience with leadership enablement materials, including:
  • Toolkits
  • Messaging guides
  • Manager communications resources
• Experience building or activating internal ambassador or champion networks
• Proficiency with rewards and recognition platforms
• Experience supporting employee engagement programs
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365
• SharePoint experience
• Experience working with or reporting to senior leadership
• Experience managing multiple communications workstreams under tight timelines

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
