Maintenance Technician
Industrial maintenance role focused on mechanical equipment repair, industrial troubleshooting, machine shop support, motor controls, and facility maintenance.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
- Experience using tools, machines, and testing instruments for plant equipment repair and overhaul
- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and vacuum system operating principles
- Knowledge of occupational hazards, safety precautions, and inspection techniques for manufacturing equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, sketches, manuals, and schematics
- Basic electrical maintenance experience
- PLC repair understanding
- Experience troubleshooting motor control centers, drives, and sub-electrical panels
- Experience using volt-ohm-amp meters
- Ability to support rotating weekend on-call duty for emergencies
- Ability to work around metal powders and nickels
- Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties
- Ability to work around and on industrial equipment
- Ability to ascend and descend steep stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
- Ability to work around dust, chemicals, and other substances
- Ability to wear PPE, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, steel-toed boots, and hearing protection

Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair mechanical equipment throughout the facility
- Inspect mechanical drives, motors, pneumatic components, hydraulic components, motor control center devices, and conveyor systems
- Repair mechanical drives, motors, pneumatic components, hydraulic components, motor control center devices, and conveyor systems
- Perform equipment overhauls as needed
- Perform basic machine shop duties, including grinding, drilling, metal fabrication, welding, and machining
- Install equipment and control systems
- Maintain equipment and control systems
- Modify equipment and control systems
- Troubleshoot motor control centers, drives, and sub-electrical panels
- Repair motor control centers, drives, and sub-electrical panels
- Use volt-ohm-amp meters to diagnose electrical issues
- Respond to weekend emergency maintenance needs through rotating on-call duty
Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
