EHS Specialist
EHS role focused on manufacturing safety, environmental compliance, regulatory requirements, audits, and EHS program support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5–7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with environmental, health, and safety compliance
- Experience working with manufacturing safety programs
- Experience supporting regulatory requirements
- Ability to work any shift as needed
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to complete required medical, vision, hearing, and color assessments
Preferred Skills
- Current RCRA certification
- Current DOT certification
- Current OSHA certification
- Global EHS compliance experience
- U.S. compliance experience
- EU compliance experience
- Auditor certification
- Manufacturing audit experience
- EHS regulatory audit experience
Responsibilities
- Support EHS programs within a manufacturing environment
- Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Support site safety procedures, inspections, and corrective actions
- Review EHS documentation for regulatory compliance
- Assist with internal and external audits
- Support RCRA, DOT, and OSHA compliance activities
- Evaluate workplace safety, environmental, and compliance risks
- Document EHS findings, assessments, and corrective actions
- Support EHS reporting and compliance tracking
- Coordinate EHS activities across shifts as needed
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
