Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • Statistical Process Control experience
  • Technical writing experience
  • Customer-facing communication experience
  • Experience translating customer requirements into manufacturing specifications
  • Experience developing setup sheets, work instructions, or control plans
  • Experience supporting corrective actions and root cause analysis
  • Experience identifying quality trends and process variation
  • Experience supporting product trials, testing, and validation
  • Stable job history

Responsibilities

  • Lead new product introductions from quote through full production launch
  • Develop customer requirements for new products
  • Create CAD designs as needed
  • Develop tooling specifications
  • Order tooling to support product launches
  • Track project progress, timelines, and launch milestones
  • Coordinate machinery installation and program launches
  • Improve throughput, yield, and quality across production lines
  • Develop and maintain setup sheets, work instructions, and control plans
  • Identify quality trends and process variation
  • Lead corrective actions and root cause analysis activities
  • Translate customer requirements into manufacturing specifications
  • Serve as liaison between customers and plant operations
  • Support product trials, testing, and validation activities
  • Define and monitor critical product and process characteristics
  • Apply Statistical Process Control to monitor and improve manufacturing performance


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
