Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 5 or more years of contract administration experience
Contract administration experience
Experience negotiating high-dollar contracts
Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing contractual documents
SAP ECC experience
Ariba experience
Approval workflow experience
Microsoft 365 proficiency
Experience with purchase order management
Experience with contract compliance and legal requirements
Preferred Skills
Automotive industry experience
Engineering-related contract experience
Automotive parts and tooling knowledge
Statement of Work experience
Master Service Agreement experience
Non-Disclosure Agreement experience
Engineering Design and Development quotation experience
In-vehicle software development contract experience
Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage contractual documents, including statements of work, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and engineering design and development quotations
Evaluate and negotiate costs, terms, and conditions for purchase orders
Manage contracts related to engineering design and development
Manage contracts related to in-vehicle software development fees
Support intellectual property protection requirements within contract language
Assess and reduce vehicle development costs through contract review and negotiation
Use SAP ECC, Ariba, and approval workflows for contract and purchase order management
Maintain contract records and documentation
Verify adherence to company policies and legal requirements
Resolve supplier and internal contract issues
Provide guidance on contract interpretation and compliance
Pay: 35-40/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour
