Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • Electrical power coursework
  • Proficiency with Windows PC environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Ability to visit client facilities
  • Physical capability to travel offshore and safely transfer from boat to platform
  • Ability to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential

Preferred Skills

  • Interest in pursuing registration as a Professional Engineer
  • Exposure to electrical power systems
  • Experience with technical documentation
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools in an engineering or academic environment

Job Responsibilities

  • Support electrical engineering design activities for client projects
  • Assist with electrical power system calculations, documentation, and design tasks
  • Support preparation of technical documents, reports, and engineering deliverables
  • Participate in client facility visits as needed
  • Support offshore facility visits when required
  • Use Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel to complete engineering documentation and coordination tasks
  • Support project teams with entry-level electrical engineering assignments
  • Work toward professional engineering registration requirements


Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
