Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

  • Experience in technical marketing or related roles

  • Manufacturing or industrial sector experience

  • Industrial manufacturing background

  • Experience developing value propositions and competitive positioning

  • Experience conducting market research and market analysis

  • Experience identifying market opportunities and expansion areas

  • Experience developing marketing strategies for technical products or industrial services

  • Experience creating sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing collateral

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Experience using marketing automation tools

  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce experience

  • HubSpot experience

  • Experience supporting sales teams with technical marketing materials

  • Experience working with product development teams

  • Experience with trade show coordination

  • Experience with customer relationship management in industrial or manufacturing markets

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of product value propositions and competitive advantages

  • Identify customer priorities, market needs, and competitive differentiators

  • Conduct market research and analysis for industrial manufacturing markets

  • Identify emerging trends, market opportunities, and potential expansion areas

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers

  • Identify customer needs, challenges, and product preferences

  • Identify new market segments, industries, and geographic regions for growth opportunities

  • Work with sales and product development teams to develop targeted marketing strategies

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns for technical products and services

  • Create marketing content, including sales presentations, product brochures, case studies, and whitepapers

  • Support sales efforts through technical collateral and product messaging

  • Coordinate industry trade shows, conferences, and events

  • Manage trade show logistics, booth setup, and promotional activities

  • Track and analyze marketing metrics and performance indicators

  • Assess lead generation, conversion rates, and return on investment for marketing initiatives

  • Recommend improvements to marketing initiatives based on performance data

Pay: 40-60/hr
