Complaint investigation support role focused on returned medical device handling, documentation, traceability, root cause support, lab organization, and investigation reporting.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of related experience
- Experience supporting documentation or analysis activities
- Experience organizing and prioritizing work-in-process items
- Experience tracking device status, location, or materials for traceability
- Ability to support complaint investigations
- Ability to write investigation reports after training
- Ability to maintain lab organization and 5S standards
Preferred Skills
- Associate degree
- Technical experience
- Medical device experience
- Laboratory experience
- Warehouse experience
- Biotech experience
- Pharmaceutical experience
- Healthcare experience, including phlebotomy
- 1+ year of medical device quality or manufacturing experience
- Experience handling returned devices
- Experience supporting root cause analysis
- Experience managing inventory
- Experience coordinating shipments
- Experience archiving complaint or investigation cases
Job Responsibilities
- Support complaint investigations through organization, documentation, and analysis
- Partner with engineering to determine root cause for non-returned complaints
- Intake, organize, and prioritize returned devices
- Track device status and location to maintain full traceability
- Perform hands-on device analysis after training
- Write investigation reports
- Maintain lab organization using 5S practices
- Manage lab inventory
- Coordinate device and material shipments
- Archive complaint investigation cases
Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
