Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, civil engineering, surveying, or land development
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Bluebeam experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Experience managing site development projects
  • Experience coordinating with field construction teams
  • Experience coordinating with engineering teams
  • Experience supporting construction close-out activities

Preferred Skills

  • Professional Engineer license
  • AutoDesk experience
  • BIM360 experience
  • Construction software experience
  • Civil engineering project experience
  • Land development project experience
  • Surveying experience
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage site development phases for multiple projects
  • Manage construction close-out phases for development projects
  • Coordinate project work with field construction teams
  • Coordinate project work with engineering teams
  • Support timely construction of assigned projects
  • Track project progress during site development and close-out phases
  • Use Microsoft Office and Bluebeam to support project communication and documentation
  • Use construction software such as AutoDesk or BIM360 when applicable
  • Support communication between construction and engineering teams


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
