Quality Inspector

Quality Control Inspector responsible for inspecting incoming materials, injection-molded components, in-process products, packaging, labeling, and measurement equipment records.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or technical school graduation required

• Prior experience in product inspection or quality control

• Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic

• Experience using measurement tools, including microscopes, calipers, and projectors

• Proficiency with basic office software, including Excel and Word

• Familiarity with plastic components

• Familiarity with visual and dimensional inspection criteria

• Experience performing visual inspections, dimensional measurements, or functional testing

Preferred Skills

• Experience with medical consumables

• Experience with plastic injection molding

• Working knowledge of an injection molding facility

• Understanding of ISO 13485 quality system requirements

• Basic Mandarin communication, reading, or writing skills

• Experience conducting first article inspections

• Experience supporting calibration management

• Experience updating standard inspection procedures

Job Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection

• Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components

• Execute in-process inspections, including visual inspection, dimensional measurement, and functional testing

• Identify non-conforming products during production

• Trace non-conforming products during production

• Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before warehouse release

• Update Standard Inspection Procedure documents as needed

• Support calibration management for testing and measurement equipment

• Inspect plastic components against visual and dimensional requirements

• Document inspection results using basic office software

Pay: 20-25/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
