Job Requirements

  • 6 or more years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree

  • 4–5 years of related experience with an MBA

  • Indirect sourcing experience

  • Consultative procurement experience

  • Experience in regulated environments

  • Supplier management experience

  • Contract process experience

  • Lifecycle analysis experience

  • ESG-related sourcing or procurement experience

  • Experience managing vendor communications, RFPs, pricing analysis, and contract workflows

  • Experience supporting supplier onboarding, privacy impact assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and legal intake processes

  • Experience managing budgets, reporting, and procurement documentation

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage vendor communications, RFPs, pricing analysis, contract workflows, and meeting documentation

  • Support supplier onboarding activities

  • Support privacy impact assessments, cybersecurity reviews, and legal intake processes

  • Develop and execute sourcing and category strategies for HR, professional services, and legal/compliance initiatives

  • Manage supplier relationships, performance metrics, contract negotiations, and risk/compliance activities

  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support sourcing strategies

  • Identify cost savings and process improvement opportunities

  • Work with HR, Finance, Legal, IT, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams on sourcing initiatives

  • Use AI, analytics, and procurement practices to improve procurement efficiency and supplier performance

  • Manage budgets and procurement reporting

  • Support lifecycle analysis initiatives

  • Support ESG-related initiatives within a regulated environment

Pay: 33-45/hr

Pay Details: $33.00 to $45.00 per hour
