2nd Shift Electronic - Mechanical Assembler
Electro-Mechanical Assembler responsible for building, wiring, soldering, inspecting, and completing electronic and mechanical assemblies to documented production and quality standards.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of related assembly experience.
Experience performing electronic and mechanical assembly.
Experience using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Experience with soldering, crimping, and wiring.
Ability to read and follow blueprints, assembly layouts, drawings, wiring schematics, and basic work instructions.
Experience performing solder touch-up and rework.
Experience conducting basic quality inspections.
Ability to meet established assembly speed and product quality requirements.
Preferred Skills
3+ years of related assembly experience.
Experience working in an electro-mechanical assembly environment.
Experience working with PCBAs and electronic assemblies.
Knowledge of IPC J-STD requirements.
Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards.
Experience building cable assemblies.
Experience assembling frames, hardware, and mechanical subassemblies.
Job Responsibilities
Perform electronic and mechanical assembly using hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
Build cable assemblies requiring soldering, crimping, and wiring.
Assemble frames and mechanical subassemblies using specified hardware.
Complete assembly and subassembly tasks from blueprints, drawings, assembly layouts, and wiring schematics.
Perform soldering touch-up and rework using soldering irons, hand tools, and electronic equipment.
Conduct quality checks in accordance with applicable standards and work instructions.
Verify completed assemblies meet required production and quality criteria.
Operate tools, equipment, supplies, and production resources in accordance with established procedures.
Record labor hours, production activities, and manufacturing issues.
Maintain assembly work areas and equipment through routine cleanup and organization.
Follow established safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
Support resolution of assembly, quality, and production issues.
Pay: 23-27/hr

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
