CNC Machinist
CNC Machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC machining centers to manufacture custom components for automated equipment and engineering projects.
Job Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers
- Experience setting up 3-axis vertical machining centers
- Experience operating 3-axis vertical machining centers
- Experience with CNC machining
- Experience with high-mix, low-volume manufacturing
- Experience performing 2D and 3D milling
- Experience machining simple to complex parts

- CAM programming experience
- CAM software programming experience

- 3-axis machining experience
- Vertical machining center experience

- Precision machining experience

Job Responsibilities
- Set up CNC machining centers for production
- Operate 3-axis vertical machining centers
- Manufacture simple to complex machined components
- Perform 2D milling operations
- Perform 3D milling operations
- Produce components for custom automated equipment
- Support Skilled Trades, Applications, Controls, Mechanical Engineering, and related manufacturing teams
- Build components for automation projects
- Support deployment of custom automated equipment and solutions
- Program CNC equipment using CAM software as required
- Verify machined parts meet engineering specifications
- Maintain machining equipment and work area according to production requirements
Pay Details: $19.00 to $26.00 per hour
