Shipping Specialist
Shipping and Receiving Specialist responsible for packaging outgoing shipments, preparing shipping documents, processing ERP transactions, and crating products for shipment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Computer literacy
Forklift certification or ability to obtain forklift certification
Ability to work flexible hours
Experience packaging outgoing shipments
Experience preparing shipping documentation
Experience using ERP software for shipping transactions
Preferred Skills
1 year of relevant experience
International shipping experience
ERP experience
Experience using FedEx, UPS, or DHL shipping software
Experience identifying export codes for shipments
Experience using drills, saws, and impact wrenches for fastening, cutting, and crating operations
Responsibilities
Pick parts from inventory
Package outgoing shipments
Assist with load preparation
Generate shipping documents, including packing slips, commercial invoices, and Shipper Letter of Intent forms
Process shipped items in ERP software
Generate work order reports in ERP software
Identify export codes for shipments
Coordinate bills of lading with trucking companies
Box PCB and BIB boards
Crate systems for shipment
Assemble pallets
Pay: 23-25/hr

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
