Quality Control Inspector responsible for inspecting products and materials, verifying dimensional compliance, documenting nonconformances, and supporting quality control procedures within manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

  • Experience performing quality control inspections in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Experience using measurement and inspection tools to verify dimensional tolerances.

  • Ability to interpret product specifications and order requirements.

  • Experience documenting rejected or nonconforming materials.

  • Experience performing initial and post-manufacturing inspections.

  • Experience maintaining quality records and inspection documentation.

  • Ability to use required Personal Protective Equipment.

  • Experience following established safety and quality procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience developing or maintaining quality control procedures and standards.

  • Experience troubleshooting manufacturing quality issues.

  • Experience training personnel on inspection methods and measurement techniques.

  • Experience with order staging, scanning, and verification processes.

  • Experience supporting process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming, in-process, and completed products for compliance with quality specifications.

  • Escalate defective materials and conditions indicating potential nonconformance.

  • Verify product measurements against order specifications.

  • Use inspection and measurement tools to confirm dimensional tolerances.

  • Perform required quality control tests.

  • Document rejected materials and inspection findings.

  • Maintain accurate and current quality inspection records.

  • Stage, scan, and verify orders prior to loading.

  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures and inspection standards.

  • Support investigation and resolution of production quality issues.

  • Train production personnel on quality control procedures and measurement techniques.

  • Support manufacturing process improvement and product quality initiatives.

  • Follow established housekeeping, safety, and production procedures.



Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
