Quality Assurance Admin

Quality Inspection Aide responsible for supporting inspection documentation, certification records, FAI preparation, measurement planning, and quality system requirements.

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of working knowledge with NEDC.

• Knowledge of GD&T.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.

• Experience working within ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents.

• Ability to prepare routine reports and documentation.

• Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.

• Working knowledge of basic algebra and geometry.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with First Article Inspection documentation.

• Experience with dimensional inspection equipment such as calipers, rulers, Virtek, or Acugage.

• Experience with E2 or similar manufacturing ERP systems.

• Experience maintaining quality certificates and inspection records.

Job Responsibilities

• Follow established QA inspection aide procedures.

• Print certifications and supporting quality documentation.

• Pre-populate First Article Inspection documentation as required.

• Determine appropriate measurement methods and equipment, including Virtek, Acugage, calipers, and rulers.

• Prepare and route inspection bins and required documentation.

• Scan, save, and maintain new certification records within the designated system.

• Organize certification documentation alphabetically and maintain physical files.

• Complete required user-defined fields within E2 estimating and order records.

• Route completed bins from Quality Control to production operators.

• Route bins to Programming when Virtek programming is required.

• Maintain inspection documentation in accordance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 requirements.

Pay: 24-26/hr

Pay Details: $24.00 to $26.00 per hour
