Manufacturing Associate I
Summary: Manufacturing Associate responsible for operating production equipment, processing materials, packaging products, monitoring quality, and supporting safe manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements

Ability to follow safety, quality, security, and operational policies and procedures.

Basic understanding of industrial safe work practices.

Basic understanding of mechanical equipment operation.

Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Basic math skills for production calculations and documentation.

Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.

Knowledge of hazard communication requirements.

Ability to understand posted facility safety signage.

Ability to demonstrate competency in safety rules and regulations following training.

Familiarity with equipment operating procedures and operator manuals.

20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision.

Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel.

Ability to perform repetitive physical work in varying environmental conditions.

Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
-
Ability to stand for extended periods.
-
Ability to work in a manufacturing plant with varying temperatures and physical conditions.
Preferred Skills
-
Forklift experience.

Experience working with chemicals or in light chemical manufacturing.

Previous manufacturing or production experience.

Experience working with SOP-controlled manufacturing processes.

Experience with autonomous maintenance activities.
Job Responsibilities
-
Perform production activities from raw material processing through final product packaging.
-
Operate manufacturing equipment and control production processes as trained.
-
Follow standard operating procedures, safety requirements, and production policies.
-
Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) for assigned tasks.
-
Inspect PPE and maintain it in usable condition.
-
Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
-
Identify and report potential out-of-compliance conditions.
-
Perform equipment startup and shutdown activities.
-
Monitor multiple production processes as required.
-
Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
-
Record materials and products used or produced.
-
Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free production areas.
-
Perform basic equipment maintenance including greasing, adjusting, and cleaning designated
Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
