Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of administrative or operational support experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience processing purchase orders.
  • Experience preparing meeting minutes and maintaining administrative documentation.
  • Experience supporting internal communications and company announcements.
  • Ability to make announcements or presentations during Town Halls and other group meetings.
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive business information.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, calendars, events, and workplace logistics.
  • Experience supporting office or site operations.

Preferred Skills

  • Administrative experience in a manufacturing, biotechnology, production, or industrial environment.
  • SAP or ERP system experience.
  • Experience supporting complex or technical business processes.
  • Experience working with vendors and external service providers.
  • Experience with expense reporting, cost allocation, KPI tracking, and operational reporting tools.
  • Experience supporting site-level or senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting Facilities or Maintenance activities.
  • Experience with document control systems.
  • Experience supporting HR, Talent Acquisition, interview scheduling, or onboarding activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced administrative and operational support for site leadership and business functions.
  • Support internal communications, announcements, and Town Hall activities.
  • Deliver announcements and presentations during group meetings as required.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes.
  • Process purchase orders and related administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate activities with internal departments and external vendors.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and other business materials.
  • Support expense tracking, cost allocation, documentation management, and other financial administration activities.
  • Coordinate building projects, repairs, and site updates with Facilities, Maintenance, and external vendors.
  • Track site KPIs and maintain associated reporting.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, workspace logistics, and general office operations.
  • Plan and coordinate site events, meetings, and training activities.
  • Manage mailroom activities, including incoming and outgoing shipments and internal distribution.
  • Maintain electronic and physical document control systems according to applicable procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Support interview scheduling, onboarding logistics, and other HR or Talent Acquisition activities.
  • Coordinate equipment setup, system access, and workspace readiness with IT for employee onboarding.
  • Maintain confidential business, employee, and operational records.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
