Maintenance Planner

Maintenance Planner responsible for developing maintenance programs, planning work activities, and creating detailed Bills of Materials to support equipment reliability and maintenance execution.

Job Requirements

• Experience planning maintenance activities in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing preventive or corrective maintenance programs.
• Experience creating detailed Bills of Materials.
• Ability to identify required parts, materials, and components for maintenance work.
• Experience working with maintenance documentation, equipment records, or work orders.
• Experience supporting maintenance scheduling and job preparation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning.
• Experience coordinating parts and material availability for maintenance activities.
• Experience with industrial equipment maintenance.
• Experience developing job plans, task lists, or maintenance procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and develop maintenance programs for equipment and facility assets.
• Create detailed Bills of Materials for maintenance and repair activities.
• Identify required parts, tools, and materials for planned maintenance work.
• Develop maintenance job plans and task requirements.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling.
• Maintain maintenance planning documentation and equipment records.
• Coordinate material and parts requirements with maintenance and inventory teams.
• Update maintenance plans based on equipment changes, repairs, and operating history.
• Support execution of planned maintenance activities by ensuring required resources are identified in advance.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
