Production and Material Control Supervisor responsible for supervising production personnel, managing production schedules, and overseeing receiving, inventory, material handling, packing, and shipping operations.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of production experience.
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Experience supervising production employees and managing production schedules.
  • Experience with receiving, inventory control, material handling, packing, and shipping activities.
  • Ability to use a pallet jack.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and climb a step stool or step ladder as required.
  • Experience following manufacturing quality system procedures and safety requirements.

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Experience with Cetec ERP.
  • Experience with UPS WorldShip.
  • Experience with ShipStation.
  • Experience preparing domestic LTL shipments.
  • Experience with raw material inventory management.
  • Experience with warehouse stocking and pallet handling.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise production personnel and assign daily production tasks.
  • Develop and manage production schedules for assigned work areas.
  • Manage employee PTO, training records, and production staffing activities.
  • Set up and manage production jobs.
  • Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and product condition.
  • Enter received materials into the ERP system.
  • Perform warehouse activities including pallet handling and inventory stocking.
  • Move materials and finished products to designated storage locations or production work cells.
  • Prepare labels and labeling for production and sales orders.
  • Pack and ship finished products for customer orders.
  • Process parcel and LTL shipments using shipping and ERP systems.
  • Prepare domestic LTL orders, including order verification, packing slips, pallet labels, carrier scheduling, and shipping documentation.
  • Manage raw material inventory.
  • Maintain material control records within the ERP system.
  • Follow applicable quality system procedures and safety requirements.


Pay Details: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
