Warehouse Tech

Warehouse Technician responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment activities within a production environment.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, or inventory management.

• Experience preparing merchandise and materials for shipment.

• Experience receiving, cataloging, and tracking inventory.

• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.

• Ability to push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 100 pounds using appropriate equipment.

• Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.

• Ability to perform frequent lifting, bending, and pulling.

• Ability to work outdoors or in inclement weather for short periods.

• Ability to travel as required for business needs.

• Valid driving capability required for business-related travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Avante inventory management software.

• Experience supporting production or manufacturing warehouse operations.

• Experience with inventory control systems.

• Experience supporting production and research and development material requests.

• Experience using hand tools.

• Experience loading and unloading trucks.

• Experience labeling and preparing shipping documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare merchandise and materials for shipment.

• Load trucks and apply required shipping labels and documentation.

• Receive parts, materials, and other merchandise.

• Catalog incoming and outgoing inventory accurately.

• Fulfill material and order requests for production and research and development departments.

• Perform inventory control activities.

• Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks.

• Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse.

• Maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory records.

• Coordinate material movement with shipping, receiving, purchasing, warehouse, production, and engineering functions.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to support warehouse documentation and tracking activities.

• Support transactions and inventory updates within warehouse management or inventory systems.

• Operate hand tools when required.

• Assist with additional warehouse and material handling activities as assigned.

• Perform business-related driving and material transport activities as required.

Pay: 18-21/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
