Electronics Manufacturing Assembler responsible for performing electronic and mechanical assembly, following manufacturing documentation, and supporting production quality requirements.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or electronics assembly experience.
  • Experience performing electronic and mechanical assembly.
  • Experience using hand tools and automated manufacturing equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions, assembly drawings, routers, bills of material, and manufacturing documentation.
  • IPC-A-610 Certified IPC Specialist (CIS) certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.

Preferred Skills

  • Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience.
  • Knowledge of IPC workmanship standards.
  • Experience using ERP systems.
  • Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
  • Experience working in regulated or quality-controlled electronics manufacturing environments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform electronic and mechanical assembly operations.
  • Use hand tools and automated manufacturing equipment to complete production tasks.
  • Follow work instructions, assembly drawings, routers, and bills of material.
  • Verify assemblies against applicable manufacturing documentation and workmanship requirements.
  • Support inspection and quality verification activities.
  • Record production information in ERP or MES systems as required.
  • Maintain required production and assembly documentation.
  • Follow established IPC workmanship standards and manufacturing procedures.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities.


Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.50 per hour
