Shipping, Receiving & Quality Inspector responsible for incoming inspection, product handling, inventory movement, and outbound shipment preparation within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, warehouse, shipping, or receiving.
  • Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Experience verifying dimensions, threads, markings, and specifications.
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, plug gages, thread gages, pin gages, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform frequent material handling.
  • Experience operating pallet jacks.
  • Forklift experience.

Preferred Skills

  • AS400 experience.
  • Manufacturing quality inspection experience.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Experience building and securing pallets or skids.
  • Experience coordinating shipments with freight carriers.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, organize, inspect, and ship products.
  • Perform incoming inspections using precision measuring tools.
  • Verify product dimensions, threads, markings, and specifications against engineering drawings.
  • Document incoming inspection results.
  • Prepare products for outbound shipment.
  • Build and secure pallets and skids.
  • Coordinate shipments with carriers.
  • Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for material movement.
  • Move, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Update inventory and shipment information in applicable ERP systems.


Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
