Support for Billing Admin

Manage billing support requests, customer inquiries, payment application, and accounts receivable activities in a high-volume environment.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Billing or Accounts Receivable.

• Experience working in a high-volume or time-sensitive billing environment.

• Familiarity with general ledger functions.

• Familiarity with month-end close processes.

• Familiarity with financial accounting statements.

• Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

• Experience applying customer payments to invoices.

• Experience handling billing inquiries through email, phone, or ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NetSuite.

• Experience with Zendesk.

• Experience in a SaaS, software, or hardware environment.

• Experience managing high volumes of customer billing tickets.

• Experience supporting backlog reduction or billing issue resolution.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the daily inflow of billing support tickets.

• Review and resolve outstanding customer billing requests.

• Respond to customer billing inquiries through ticketing systems, email, and phone.

• Apply customer payments to open invoices.

• Research billing discrepancies and account issues.

• Update customer billing records as required.

• Support accounts receivable activities and invoice reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate billing and payment documentation.

• Support general ledger and month-end close activities as needed.

• Coordinate billing-related issues with finance and other internal departments.

Pay: 25-30/hr

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
