Large Tube Cutting Operator
Measure, mark, cut, and inspect large tubing according to work orders, blueprints, and specified dimensions.
Job Requirements
Ability to read and accurately use a tape measure.
Basic blueprint and print-reading skills.
Ability to measure and cut material according to specified dimensions.
Ability to follow written work instructions and production specifications.
Ability to operate tube-cutting equipment.
Ability to verify finished parts against print requirements.
Ability to work with large tubing and production materials.
Preferred Skills
Previous tube-cutting experience.
Previous manufacturing or production experience.
Experience reading work orders and basic engineering prints.
Experience operating saws or other material-cutting equipment.
Experience performing dimensional inspection of finished parts.
Job Responsibilities
Read work orders and basic prints to determine required dimensions.
Measure and mark tubing prior to cutting.
Operate tube-cutting equipment.
Cut material according to print and work-order specifications.
Verify measurements before and after cutting.
Inspect finished parts for dimensional compliance.
Follow applicable safety and quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized production area.
Coordinate production requirements with applicable manufacturing personnel.
Pay: 19-20/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
