Stockroom clerk/Shipping

Supports shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations by processing materials, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating outgoing freight.

Job Requirements

• Experience with warehouse shipping, receiving, inventory control, or material handling.

• Experience picking, packing, sealing, and labeling outgoing products.

• Experience unloading and processing incoming deliveries.

• Experience inspecting received goods for damage or discrepancies.

• Experience verifying shipments against packing slips, invoices, or related documentation.

• Experience performing cycle counts and monitoring inventory levels.

• Experience using inventory software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

• Ability to perform material sorting, stocking, and restocking activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience scheduling freight carriers.

• Experience with computerized inventory management systems.

• Manufacturing, distribution, or production warehouse experience.

• Experience identifying and reporting low-stock conditions.

• Experience supporting outbound shipping deadlines and freight coordination.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, seal, and label outgoing products for shipment.

• Prepare orders according to shipping requirements and deadlines.

• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory records.

• Track inventory levels using inventory software or WMS platforms.

• Identify and report low inventory levels.

• Unload incoming deliveries.

• Inspect received materials for damage, shortages, or incorrect items.

• Verify received goods against packing slips, invoices, and shipping documentation.

• Coordinate and schedule freight carriers as required.

• Sort incoming and existing materials into designated warehouse locations.

• Restock shelves and inventory locations.

• Maintain warehouse work areas in accordance with applicable safety and housekeeping requirements.

Pay: 17-20/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $20.00 per hour
