Project Manager
Leads multi-site security system installation and upgrade projects by managing schedules, costs, subcontractors, site readiness, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of project management experience supporting security system installations, construction, or related technical projects.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent installation or upgrade projects.
- Experience developing, maintaining, and coordinating integrated master schedules.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
- Experience managing project integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and project documentation.
- Experience coordinating with general contractors, subcontractors, system integrators, and site resources.
- Experience supporting installation activities across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree or applicable trade certifications may be considered.
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.
- U.S. citizenship required.
Preferred Skills
- PMP or other PMI certification.
- Federal government contract experience.
- Experience with DHS or TSA programs and procurements.
- 5+ years of aviation security experience.
- Experience supporting airport security checkpoint installations or upgrades.
- Experience with CT scanner or security screening systems.
- Experience using TaskRay or SharePoint.
- Knowledge of PMI project management methodology and knowledge areas.
- Experience coordinating equipment shipping, rigging, positioning, installation, and onsite testing.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead multiple security system installation, relocation, removal, and upgrade projects.
- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for project activities.
- Manage project timelines, costs, scope, risks, and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with general contractors and system integrators for equipment installation at multiple sites.
- Manage subcontractor activities throughout installation projects.
- Coordinate site preparation through onsite and remote project meetings.
- Track project milestones, dependencies, and schedule performance.
- Prepare and present project status updates to management and project stakeholders.
- Coordinate shipping, rigging, equipment positioning, installation, and onsite testing activities.
- Coordinate site resources required for installation and commissioning activities.
- Support installation and upgrade projects involving airport or facility security screening systems.
- Maintain project documentation using Microsoft Project, SharePoint, TaskRay, or related systems.
- Apply PMI methodologies across integration, scope, schedule, cost, quality, communications, and risk management activities.
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
