Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, automated equipment, and facility systems.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance or related experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment
  • Experience performing preventive maintenance on:
    • Motors
    • Pumps
    • Hydraulic systems
    • Pneumatic systems
    • Conveyor systems
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment
  • Ability to interpret technical documents and equipment specifications
  • Experience using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
  • NFPA 70E certification or willingness to obtain certification

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working with automated equipment
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Experience with molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temperature controllers, and conveyors
  • Experience using Fiix CMMS
  • Experience coordinating equipment service with outside vendors and contractors

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and electronic equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair breakdowns involving molding machines, extruders, grinders, chillers, temperature controllers, conveyors, and other industrial equipment.
  • Maintain motors, pumps, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and conveyor systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
  • Document completed maintenance activities in the Fiix computerized maintenance management system.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors for equipment service, replacement parts, and technical support.
  • Support contractors performing maintenance and facility improvement projects.
  • Review technical documentation and equipment specifications when performing maintenance and repairs.
  • Complete maintenance and repair activities in accordance with applicable industry safety standards and guidelines.


Pay Details: $54,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
