Envelope Machine Adjuster/Mechanic

Set up and operate envelope manufacturing equipment while maintaining product quality and minimizing downtime during size and style changeovers.

Job Requirements

• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Experience performing machine changeovers or setups.
• Ability to adjust equipment for different product sizes and styles.
• Experience monitoring product quality during production.
• Ability to follow production specifications and approval requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with envelope manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in printing, paper converting, packaging, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience performing production quality checks.
• Experience reducing machine setup and changeover downtime.

Job Responsibilities

• Change machine setups between different envelope styles and sizes.
• Perform equipment adjustments required for production changeovers.
• Minimize downtime during machine setups and product transitions.
• Monitor manufactured products for quality and specification compliance.
• Obtain required approvals for each production job.
• Verify machine settings and product quality before full production runs.
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain production quality.
• Follow applicable production procedures and quality requirements.

Pay Details: $16.00 to $21.00 per hour
