Support manufacturing operations through product troubleshooting, hardware inspection, assembly, test fixture builds, root cause analysis, and process improvement activities.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 7+ hours per shift.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to read and follow English-language instructions and technical documentation.

  • Experience using handheld scanners.

  • Experience troubleshooting installations, equipment faults, and product issues.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing quality standards.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols.

  • Ability to work within structured manufacturing processes and documented procedures.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with mechanical and electrical integration or assembly.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

  • Experience building first article assemblies, test fixtures, racks, and wiring.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems.

  • Familiarity with manufacturing test processes.

  • Experience supporting tooling and test process optimization.

  • Experience with 6S, defect reduction, or related manufacturing improvement initiatives.

  • Experience maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Job Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot manufacturing products using test data, observations, and documented processes.

  • Support debug activities and root cause investigations.

  • Perform hardware inspections and document discrepancies.

  • Verify products and assemblies meet applicable quality requirements.

  • Assemble first article builds, test fixtures, racks, and associated wiring.

  • Maintain traceability for assemblies, test equipment, and manufacturing activities.

  • Provide technical feedback regarding tooling, consumables, debugging methods, and test setups.

  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures and manufacturing documentation.

  • Perform work across defined manufacturing process paths.

  • Escalate deviations from documented processes and specifications.

  • Track productivity, quality, and safety requirements.

  • Support process improvement initiatives, including 6S and defect reduction activities.

  • Support training activities for manufacturing processes and equipment.

  • Maintain and properly use manufacturing tools, equipment, and company assets.

  • Support engineering teams with improvements to manufacturing methods, tooling, and test processes.

Pay: 18-20/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
