Material Handler – Power Tech (1st shift)

Warehouse Materials Coordinator responsible for receiving, inventory control, material movement, warehouse organization, and production support.

Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, or materials handling.
• Experience receiving and verifying incoming materials.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory systems.
• Microsoft Excel experience.
• Experience with inventory tracking and location management.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments.
• Experience performing cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Experience analyzing inventory reports and resolving discrepancies.
• Knowledge of 5S warehouse standards.
• Experience supporting purchase orders and material requests.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials for quantity, condition, and documentation accuracy.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse location data.
• Organize warehouse materials to support efficient storage, retrieval, and movement.
• Monitor inventory levels and material movement between warehouse and production areas.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Review inventory reports and identify accuracy or material-flow issues.
• Coordinate material requests and deliver required materials to production areas.
• Prioritize material movement based on production requirements.
• Support purchase orders and material requests as needed.
• Coordinate material issues with procurement, production, and suppliers.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain warehouse areas according to 5S and established safety requirements.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
