Job Requirements

  • Manufacturing, warehouse, general labor, or machine operation experience required.

  • Ability to follow safety, quality, security, and operational procedures.

  • Basic math skills.

  • Ability to read and follow posted signage, SOPs, and equipment operating instructions.

  • Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures.

  • Knowledge of Hazard Communication requirements.

  • Ability to operate production equipment after required training.

  • Ability to monitor multiple production processes.

  • 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision.

  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel.

  • Ability to perform repetitive physical work in varying plant conditions.

  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 pounds.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures.

  • Ability to complete required safety training and demonstrate competency through written or verbal examination.

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment.

Preferred Skills

  • Forklift experience.

  • Machine operator experience.

  • Experience reading and working from SOPs.

  • Chemical manufacturing experience.

  • Light chemical processing experience.

  • Experience with autonomous maintenance activities.

  • Experience documenting production counts and material usage.

  • Experience performing basic production equipment cleaning, lubrication, or adjustments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate production equipment according to established procedures and training.

  • Follow standard operating procedures, safety regulations, and production requirements.

  • Use and maintain required PPE for assigned tasks.

  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

  • Report potential quality or process nonconformances.

  • Perform equipment startup and shutdown activities as directed.

  • Maintain accurate production counts and material usage records.

  • Support cross-training across production line positions.

  • Keep production lines and work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

  • Grease, adjust, or clean designated production equipment as part of autonomous maintenance activities.

  • Perform general labor and material handling duties to support production requirements.

  • Support established plant safety requirements and participate in safety audits.

  • Train new laborers and Manufacturing Associates on applicable production tasks.

  • Maintain production equipment and work areas according to established operating and housekeeping procedures.

Pay: 16-18/hr

Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
