Performs chemical filling, equipment operation, packaging, and documentation activities within an ISO Class 7 cleanroom and cGMP manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

  • 0–2 years of production experience in a cleanroom or regulated manufacturing environment.

  • Ability to follow cleanroom protocols, cGMP requirements, work instructions, policies, and procedures.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to operate production scales and perform required verifications and calibrations.

  • Ability to handle hazardous materials using required personal protective equipment.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.

  • Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the workday.

  • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb, reach above shoulder height, crouch, kneel, balance, and perform repetitive hand and foot movements.

  • Ability to meet vision requirements including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.

Preferred Skills

  • Previous cleanroom manufacturing experience.

  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings.

  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles.

  • Experience working in an ISO Class 7 environment.

  • Experience with cGMP manufacturing processes.

  • Experience with chemical or bulk product filling operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products according to Production Work Orders.

  • Operate, verify, and calibrate production scales.

  • Set up, operate, clean, and maintain heat sealers, electronic floor scales, pumps, crushers, auger filling units, autoclaves, vibrating fillers, induction sealing equipment, portable exhaust hoods, and related production equipment.

  • Follow cleanroom protocols and cGMP procedures to maintain ISO Class 7 environmental requirements.

  • Package finished products for shipment, including boxing and labeling.

  • Handle hazardous materials using required safety equipment and procedures.

  • Clean production areas and workstations between filling operations.

  • Complete production and quality documentation and verify records for accuracy.

  • Maintain required production quality and quantity standards.

  • Follow cGMP requirements for product handling, storage, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution.

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and applicable change-control processes.

  • Perform production activities in accordance with approved work instructions and manufacturing procedures.

Pay: 18-20/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
