Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of production systems and manufacturing procedures.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Ability to follow established equipment operating procedures and production standards.
  • Ability to complete batch records and production documentation.
  • Ability to work within computerized manufacturing systems.
  • Knowledge of applicable safety, processing, and regulatory requirements as provided through training.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience operating packaging or production equipment.
  • Experience with automatic or semi-automatic manufacturing machinery.
  • Experience in manufacturing, processing, packaging, or distribution environments.
  • Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or product storage.
  • Experience recording manufacturing or production data.
  • Experience supporting process improvement activities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
  • Monitor packaging processes and make adjustments to support product quality and production efficiency.
  • Operate equipment used to fill, insert, package, or seal materials and products into containers.
  • Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic production equipment.
  • Complete batch records and associated manufacturing documentation.
  • Record production and operational data in computerized manufacturing systems.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or abnormal operating conditions.
  • Perform production activities according to established safety and processing standards.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Support assembly, processing, packaging, and distribution operations.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product storage activities as assigned.
  • Participate in process improvement activities related to quality, cost, production methods, and scheduling.
  • Perform basic clerical tasks associated with manufacturing or distribution operations.
  • Complete assigned production activities according to established procedures and output requirements.


Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
