Polisher & Deburring Operator (2nd shift)

Production Finishing Associate responsible for deburring, sanding, polishing, graining, washing, and inspecting lightweight steel components.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift 10–15 lbs from a hot wash tank

• Ability to understand and speak English

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

• Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

• Ability to perform detailed inspection of lightweight steel components

• No prior experience required

• Ability to complete on-site training

Preferred Skills

• Experience with deburring, sanding, or polishing

• Experience using a belt sander

• Experience washing production components

• Experience using an ultrasonic wash tank

• Experience using an air gun

• Experience working with steel components

• Experience inspecting finished parts

Job Responsibilities

• Deburr lightweight steel components

• Sand lightweight steel components

• Polish lightweight steel components

• Inspect lightweight steel components for quality

• Grain steel parts using a belt sander

• Wash steel components using an ultrasonic wash tank

• Dry or clean steel components using an air gun

• Handle lightweight steel components during production finishing processes

• Follow on-site training procedures for production finishing work

Pay: 18-21/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
