Buyer/Office Admin

Supports purchasing and supply chain activities by managing purchase orders, supplier transactions, and administrative procurement functions within a manufacturing environment.

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of purchasing, buying, procurement, or supply chain experience.

• Experience purchasing materials or components within a manufacturing environment.

• Experience creating, processing, and maintaining purchase orders.

• Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.

• Basic math skills applicable to purchasing, pricing, and inventory activities.

• Experience performing purchasing-related clerical and administrative tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience with supplier negotiations.

• Experience with inventory management.

• Experience supporting manufacturing procurement activities.

• Experience maintaining purchasing records and supplier documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, process, update, and track purchase orders.

• Purchase materials, components, and supplies required for manufacturing operations.

• Maintain purchasing records and related documentation.

• Monitor purchase order status, delivery dates, and supplier commitments.

• Enter and maintain purchasing information within ERP or inventory management systems.

• Support supplier pricing and purchasing transactions.

• Assist with inventory and material availability activities.

• Perform clerical and administrative functions supporting purchasing and supply chain operations.

• Review purchasing data for pricing, quantity, and order accuracy.

• Support resolution of purchase order, supplier, and delivery discrepancies.

Pay: 18-25/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
