Electrical Technicians

Wire and build custom electrical control panels and chamber systems using schematics, drawings, and manufacturing specifications.

Job Requirements

• Two to four years of electrical wiring experience in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to read electrical prints and follow schematics

• Knowledge of general electrical connections

• Experience using wiring and crimping tools

• Experience identifying electrical components

• Experience wiring control panels

• Experience dressing and routing cables

• Ability to work from drawings, specifications, and written or verbal instructions

• Ability to identify and report faulty equipment, defective materials, improper operation, and abnormal conditions

• Ability to follow established safety and quality procedures

• Ability to read and understand English-language job instructions and manufacturing documentation

Preferred Skills

• Experience wiring custom manufacturing equipment

• Experience building electrical control panels from schematics

• Experience updating electrical prints during assembly

• Experience with electrical chamber systems or custom industrial equipment

• Experience supporting aerospace, electronics, automotive, or battery manufacturing equipment

• Experience with electrical assembly and component installation

Job Responsibilities

• Wire and assemble custom electrical chamber systems

• Build and wire electrical control panels

• Read and interpret schematics, drawings, and specifications

• Identify and install appropriate electrical components

• Route, dress, and terminate cables and wiring

• Use crimping tools and other electrical assembly equipment

• Update electrical prints as required during assembly

• Verify wiring and component installation against engineering documentation

• Detect and report defective materials, faulty equipment, and improper operation

• Maintain electrical assembly equipment and work areas

• Follow applicable safety procedures and manufacturing quality standards

Pay: 27-35/hr

Pay Details: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour
