General Labor - Cabinet Assembler/Disassembler
Disassemble, inspect, label, route, and reassemble cabinet products within a production environment.
Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds with assistance
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment
- Ability to work mandatory overtime as required
- Ability to use a hand drill and basic assembly tools
- Ability to scan barcodes and use an internal labeling database
- Ability to follow product identification and traceability procedures
- Ability to inspect products for damage and defects
- Ability to handle packaged cabinets and cabinet accessories
- Ability to move products between skids, work tables, conveyors, storage carts, and storage bins
Preferred Skills
- Manufacturing or production assembly experience
- Cabinet assembly or disassembly experience
- Experience using barcode scanning or labeling systems
- Experience performing visual quality inspections
- Experience working with conveyor-based production processes
- Experience using pneumatic lift tables
Job Responsibilities
- Move packaged cabinets and accessories from skids onto pneumatic lift work tables
- Scan package barcodes using an internal labeling system
- Generate and apply unique product identification labels
- Check inbound products into the tracking system for traceability
- Unpackage and inspect cabinets and components for damage or defects
- Disassemble cabinets using hand tools and drills
- Apply identifying labels to individual cabinet components
- Route components requiring paint applications to conveyor systems
- Store non-painted components on designated carts or in storage bins
- Reassemble cabinets after painting and drying processes are complete
- Handle and move cabinet components throughout the production process
- Follow applicable PPE, safety, and production procedures
Pay Details: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour
