Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of mechanical or electrical experience in an industrial or educational setting
  • Ability to operate production scales and perform scale verification and calibration
  • Ability to set up, operate, clean, and maintain production equipment
  • Ability to handle hazardous materials using required personal protective equipment
  • Ability to complete production and quality documentation accurately
  • Knowledge of equipment shutdown and basic maintenance procedures
  • Ability to perform material handling, packaging, labeling, and workstation cleaning tasks

Preferred Skills

  • Manufacturing experience
  • Chemical handling experience
  • Experience with powered industrial vehicles
  • Experience operating pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Knowledge of cGMP requirements
  • Experience with chemical filling, bulk packaging, or regulated production environments
  • Experience operating heat sealers, pumps, fillers, autoclaves, crushers, or induction sealing equipment

Job Responsibilities

  • Weigh and fill chemicals or bulk products according to production work orders
  • Operate, verify, and calibrate production scales
  • Set up, operate, clean, and maintain automatic heat sealers
  • Operate electronic floor scales and peristaltic or digistaltic pumps
  • Operate crushers, auger filling units, autoclave units, vibrating filler units, and induction sealing equipment
  • Use portable exhaust hoods and other required production equipment
  • Package finished products for shipment
  • Box, label, and prepare completed products according to work instructions
  • Handle hazardous materials using required safety equipment and procedures
  • Follow cGMP requirements for product handling, storage, packaging, manufacturing, and distribution
  • Complete, verify, and review production documentation
  • Maintain required production quality and output levels
  • Move partial or leftover product containers to designated storage areas
  • Return materials to inventory according to established procedures
  • Clean workstations and production areas after each filling operation
  • Sweep and mop production floors
  • Shut down equipment when not in use
  • Restrict facility access to authorized personnel
  • Secure warehouse materials and contents against loss
  • Perform additional production and material-handling duties as assigned


Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
