Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of maintenance experience in a metal stamping manufacturing facility

  • 10+ years of experience maintaining and repairing high-tonnage stamping presses

  • 10+ years of industrial mechanical and electrical maintenance experience

  • 6+ years of maintenance supervisory or management experience

  • Metal press stamping experience

  • Welding and fabrication experience

  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems

  • Experience troubleshooting single-phase and three-phase electrical systems

  • Experience reading blueprints, electrical schematics, and mechanical drawings

  • Experience developing and managing preventive and corrective maintenance programs

  • 10+ years of experience operating forklifts, aerial lifts, and scissor lifts

  • Knowledge of OSHA requirements applicable to industrial maintenance operations

Preferred Skills

  • Rigging experience

  • PLC troubleshooting experience

  • Experience leading equipment installations and upgrades

  • Experience managing capital improvement projects

  • Experience modifying machinery, tooling, guards, and production equipment

  • Experience maintaining forklifts, company vehicles, building systems, and facility equipment

  • Experience with maintenance work-order and scheduling systems

  • Personal ownership of industrial maintenance tools

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of high-tonnage metal stamping presses

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment

  • Troubleshoot single-phase and three-phase electrical systems

  • Supervise daily maintenance activities and maintenance personnel

  • Assign and prioritize preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work

  • Schedule maintenance activities around production requirements

  • Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs

  • Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions

  • Lead equipment installations, upgrades, relocations, and capital improvement projects

  • Perform welding, fabrication, and equipment modifications

  • Maintain forklifts, aerial lifts, scissor lifts, company vehicles, and facility systems

  • Review blueprints, schematics, manuals, and mechanical drawings during repairs and installations

  • Maintain maintenance records, work orders, parts usage, and equipment history

  • Train maintenance technicians on equipment repair and maintenance procedures

  • Enforce OSHA requirements and established industrial safety procedures

  • Support safety inspections and corrective actions

  • Participate in facility safety committee activities

  • Maintain replacement parts, maintenance supplies, and critical spare inventories

Pay: 35-39/hr

Pay Details: $35.00 to $39.00 per hour
