Moves, stages, replenishes, and tracks production materials to maintain inventory accuracy and support continuous manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to read and write in English

  • Ability to follow written work instructions and safety documentation

  • Experience moving, stocking, staging, or distributing production materials

  • Ability to prepare and kit materials for production jobs and assemblies

  • Experience monitoring inventory levels and processing replenishment requests

  • Ability to investigate and document inventory discrepancies

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally

  • Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

  • Ability to move throughout a warehouse and manufacturing facility

Preferred Skills

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, shipping and receiving, inventory, logistics, or material-handling operations

  • Experience using barcode scanners

  • Experience using inventory-management or ERP systems

  • Experience with production material replenishment

  • Experience with Lean manufacturing

  • Experience with continuous-improvement programs

  • Experience with Kanban material systems

  • Experience identifying slow-moving or inactive inventory

  • Experience documenting defective or nonconforming materials

Job Responsibilities

  • Move materials from receiving and inventory areas to production workstations

  • Stage parts and materials in the quantities required for production

  • Stock and maintain materials at workstations and production areas

  • Monitor material consumption and replenish inventory as needed

  • Process material replenishment requests

  • Verify parts are stored in assigned locations

  • Maintain material accessibility for production employees

  • Prepare and kit components for production jobs and assemblies

  • Track material movements and update inventory records

  • Investigate inventory shortages, overages, and location discrepancies

  • Support inventory adjustments and record corrections

  • Coordinate material issues with purchasing, inventory control, warehouse, and production personnel

  • Review slow-moving and inactive inventory

  • Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials

  • Follow established procedures for material segregation and documentation

  • Maintain accurate counts of staged, stocked, and issued materials

  • Support daily production requirements and material-flow activities

  • Maintain clean and organized storage, staging, and production areas

  • Follow applicable material-handling and workplace safety procedures

Pay: 19-22/hr

Pay Details: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour
