Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to support machine performance, product quality, and production attainment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor multiple pieces of manufacturing equipment
  • Track machine quality, equipment performance, and production attainment
  • Report equipment malfunctions
  • Perform minor machine repairs and adjustments
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
  • Conduct quality inspections on finished products
  • Document machine performance, production results, and quality findings
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities aligned with Lean manufacturing principles
  • Maintain 5S standards across assigned work areas
  • Follow established safety standards and process requirements

Job Requirements

  • Experience operating or monitoring production equipment
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Ability to perform minor mechanical troubleshooting
  • Basic electrical knowledge preferred
  • Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to document machine performance, production attainment, and quality data
  • Understanding of process discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple machines or production tasks at once

Preferred Skills

  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • 5S experience
  • Quality inspection experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience


Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
