Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
  • Experience managing accounting functions with limited supervision
  • Experience with full-cycle accounting
  • Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll processing experience
  • Experience preparing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
  • Experience preparing journal entries and maintaining the General Ledger
  • Experience supporting month-end close
  • Experience preparing financial reports and schedules
  • Experience with cash management and cash-flow reporting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, spreadsheets, reporting, and data analysis
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software systems
  • Availability to work onsite
  • Knowledge of payroll regulations, accounting controls, and financial recordkeeping requirements

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full-cycle accounting activities
  • Prepare and post journal entries
  • Maintain General Ledger accuracy
  • Complete account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
  • Support month-end close activities
  • Prepare financial schedules and internal financial reports
  • Analyze account activity and investigate variances
  • Maintain accounting records and supporting documentation
  • Process vendor invoices and verify coding and approvals
  • Maintain vendor records and process payments
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Prepare annual 1099 reporting
  • Resolve vendor payment and invoice issues
  • Generate customer invoices and apply payments
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Manage collections and resolve payment disputes
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports
  • Process payroll according to established schedules
  • Review employee time and attendance records
  • Process payroll deductions and adjustments
  • Maintain payroll records and regulatory compliance
  • Post daily cash transactions
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Monitor company cash balances
  • Prepare short-term cash-flow reports
  • Support treasury and banking activities
  • Analyze financial and operational data
  • Prepare reports for leadership
  • Identify financial trends, discrepancies, and control gaps
  • Support budgeting and financial planning activities
  • Strengthen accounting procedures and internal controls
  • Implement process improvements that increase accounting accuracy and efficiency


Pay Details: $32.00 to $36.00 per hour
