Manufacturing associate role focused on production line operation, chemical manufacturing support, product monitoring, equipment cleaning, and confined space tank cleaning.

Requirements

  • Ability to follow safety, quality, security, and operations policies and procedures
  • Ability to monitor multiple production processes at the same time
  • Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and equipment operator manuals
  • Basic math skills for production counts and work-related calculations
  • Ability to understand and follow posted facility signage
  • Understanding of lockout/tagout procedures
  • Understanding of hazard communication policies
  • Ability to demonstrate safety rule and regulation competency through written or verbal examination after training
  • Ability to use proper PPE for assigned tasks
  • 20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel
  • Ability to perform repetitive physical work under varying climate conditions
  • Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperatures and physical requirements
  • Ability to work in confined spaces after required training
  • Ability to follow confined space safety protocols and regulations
  • Ability to clean tanks and mix tanks using shovels, air tools, or other equipment after required training

Responsibilities

  • Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and safety regulations
  • Use proper PPE for each task and maintain PPE in safe, usable condition
  • Operate equipment according to supervisor instruction and training
  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process
  • Alert supervisors of potential out-of-compliance issues
  • Perform startup and shutdown activities as directed
  • Participate in cross-training across production line positions
  • Maintain accurate counts and document products produced or used
  • Keep the production line organized, clean, and free of hazards
  • Grease, adjust, or clean specific production line parts to support autonomous maintenance
  • Support safety targets set by supervisors and management
  • Train laborers and new manufacturing associates
  • Perform general labor duties as needed to meet production requirements
  • Attend safety meetings
  • Conduct safety audits
  • Clean tanks and mix tanks on a rotating schedule after confined space training
  • Use shovels, air tools, or other equipment to clean tanks within confined spaces


Pay Details: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour
