Inventory Clerk responsible for ERP inventory tracking, material receiving, stock organization, cycle counts, warehouse support, and distribution of raw materials, finished goods, and electronic components.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience handling parts, components, raw materials, or finished goods in a manufacturing environment

  • Experience issuing products to production

  • Experience receiving products from production

  • Experience using ERP systems or similar inventory software

  • Proficiency with basic computer applications

  • Experience maintaining inventory records

  • Experience with data entry

  • Experience receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming materials

  • Experience with warehouse or stockroom operations

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds

  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with electronic components, including connectors, sensors, LEDs, or similar parts

  • Experience with Excel

  • Experience with NetSuite ERP

  • Experience with Google Applications

  • Experience performing cycle counts

  • Experience supporting annual inventory audits

  • Experience with material handling equipment

  • Forklift experience

  • Pallet jack experience

  • Experience coordinating with Shipping, Receiving, Production, and Purchasing departments

  • Experience preparing and packaging items for internal distribution or shipment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP systems

  • Track raw materials, finished goods, and electronic components

  • Issue materials and components to production

  • Receive products and materials from production

  • Perform regular cycle counts

  • Assist with annual inventory audits

  • Receive incoming materials

  • Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and condition

  • Organize incoming materials in warehouse and storage areas

  • Handle specialized electronic parts, including connectors, sensors, and LEDs

  • Coordinate with Shipping, Receiving, and Production teams to support order fulfillment

  • Ensure material availability for production

  • Organize warehouse and storage areas for efficient inventory flow

  • Monitor stock levels

  • Notify Purchasing when supplies reach reorder points

  • Prepare items for internal distribution

  • Package items for shipment as needed

  • Follow warehouse safety protocols and company policies

Pay: 20-22/hr

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
