Shipping and Receiving Clerk responsible for inbound and outbound shipments, inventory handling, forklift operation, shipment tracking, packing, loading, and warehouse cycle counts.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous warehouse experience

  • Experience accepting and processing deliveries

  • Forklift operation experience

  • Forklift license or ability to complete forklift training and license testing

  • Experience unloading, checking, and storing inventory

  • Experience scanning and sorting outgoing stock

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds

  • Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations

  • Computer skills

  • Data entry experience

  • Experience with inventory software programs

  • Ability to communicate through Outlook email

  • Ability to communicate through Microsoft Teams

  • Basic math skills

  • Ability to pull, pack, and load shipments

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with UPS WorldShip

  • Experience with FedEx Ship Manager

  • Experience tracking and tracing shipments

  • Experience maintaining daily inventory movement logs

  • Experience performing cycle counts

  • Experience handling raw materials, components, and finished goods

  • Experience working with logistics teams, customer service, vendors, drivers, and service providers

Responsibilities

  • Manage shipment of products, materials, and supplies

  • Assist with inbound shipments

  • Assist with outbound shipments

  • Manage incoming deliveries

  • Unload deliveries

  • Check inventory for accuracy

  • Store inventory efficiently and accurately

  • Ensure inventory is accounted for

  • Process deliveries

  • Track outgoing shipments

  • Trace outgoing shipments

  • Update shipment statuses

  • Maintain accurate daily movement logs

  • Scan inventory

  • Count inventory accurately

  • Pull products, materials, and supplies for shipment

  • Pack outgoing shipments

  • Load outgoing shipments

  • Scan and sort outgoing stock

  • Perform daily cycle counts of raw materials, components, and finished goods

  • Communicate with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, vendors, and drivers

  • Provide backup support for shipping and receiving departments

  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area

Pay: 18-25/hr

Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
