Warehouse Associate I/ Labeler
Material Handler responsible for high-reach forklift operation, receiving, put-away, order picking, inventory movement, scanning, shipping, and warehouse 5S activities.
Requirements
1–2 years of forklift experience with sit-down and stand-up forklifts
High-reach forklift experience
Experience operating forklifts in a production or warehouse environment
Experience using handheld scanning devices
Experience verifying product labels against product information
Experience scanning product from receiving dock to put-away locations
Experience using pick lists
Experience scanning product from rack locations to WIP locations
Experience supporting inventory movement and warehouse material flow
Understanding of standard shipping, receiving, and inventory management processes
Ability to obtain and maintain certification to operate material handling equipment or warehouse machinery
Ability to safely operate warehouse material handling equipment
20/20 vision or corrected 20/20 vision
Full range of motion to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, and kneel
Ability to complete repetitive physical work under varying climate conditions
Ability to safely lift up to 70 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work in a plant environment with varying temperature levels and physical requirements
Preferred Skills
Forklift certification
Shipping and receiving experience
High-reach truck experience selecting product for shipping
Experience with truck loading and unloading
Experience with warehouse inventory reconciliation
Experience with warehouse equipment maintenance
Experience supporting warehouse 5S, housekeeping, security, and EH&S standards
Responsibilities
Operate high-reach forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment
Load and unload trucks
Receive and store deliveries accurately and on time
Verify labels against product information
Scan product from receiving dock to put-away locations
Use pick lists to select product for shipping or production needs
Scan product from rack locations to WIP locations
Move product to mezzanine areas for batching
Pick, pack, and ship orders
Process customer orders and transfer orders accurately and on time
Inspect and verify inbound and outbound shipments for condition and accuracy
Identify, segregate, and report damaged, defective, or rejected product
Manage and report internal inventory movements
Support inventory accuracy, reconciliation, and management
Maintain electronic and hardcopy warehouse records
Monitor, request, and replenish warehouse supplies
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment according to guidelines
Assist with periodic maintenance and emergency repair of warehouse equipment
Support warehouse investigations related to shipment condition, inventory accuracy, or processing timeliness
Complete required training and maintain required certifications
Perform warehouse 5S, housekeeping, security, and EH&S activities
Report safety, warehouse operations, or order processing issues to management
Assist with support of visiting employees, contractors, and visitors on warehouse property
Participate in warehouse, department, or company meetings
Pay: 17-19/hr

Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
