Electrical Engineer

Electrical Design Engineer responsible for electrical design, system integration, power distribution layouts, wiring diagrams, schematics, and engineering support for control building projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
• 3–5 years of electrical design and system integration experience
• Experience with power distribution systems
• Experience developing electrical layouts
• Experience creating wiring diagrams and schematics
• Experience supporting control building designs
• Experience integrating electrical distribution components
• Experience with motor control centers
• Experience with switchgear
• Experience with control systems
• Proficiency with AutoCAD 2D
• Experience using 2D or 3D CAD software
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and customer specifications
• Experience participating in design reviews
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues
• Experience providing engineering support during design or integration activities

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical layouts for control buildings
• Create wiring diagrams and schematics
• Integrate customer-furnished electrical distribution components
• Support integration of motor control centers, switchgear, control systems, and related equipment
• Collaborate with structural engineers on building layout and integration
• Coordinate with customers on electrical design requirements
• Create and revise engineering drawings using AutoCAD
• Ensure electrical designs comply with industry standards, codes, and customer specifications
• Participate in design reviews
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to electrical design and system integration
• Provide engineering support as needed throughout design and project execution

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
